Culture is a verb…

This is a saying we have at Erb and Young that says, “Culture is about doing life together. It is always in flux. It has a life of it’s own and it’s always moving.”

This is a short video clip of a recent Culture Event we had. It was a great team building day centered around this year’s Masters golf tournament. A great reason to get the Melbourne and the Orlando offices together to hang out and get to know each other a little better. We had a putting contest, great fellowship, food and fun. The night even ended with a good old fashion game of “Knock-Out Basketball” in the front yard.

Culture is not an employee benefit to us. It is a competitive advantage. Our team performs at a higher level because we work so well together. They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well, it takes an incredible team to serve a community. Every day our team is looking to not only support our valued customers, but also support each other.
