Chris Delbridge

Agency Owner

A Central Florida native, Chris is a fitness junkie and sports enthusiast. After attending UCF, he moved to NYC, where he discovered his passion for the fast-paced city life. In 2016, he returned to Florida, venturing into the insurance industry and meeting future teammates from Erb and Young on the golf course.

Chris shares his life with his fiancée, Michelle, and their two dogs, Gizmo and Brooklyn. His love for North Carolina blossomed during a wedding in Asheville, sparking the idea to explore Charlotte. After just one visit, he was hooked, and a dream was born.

On weekends, you can find Chris and his family on a hiking trail and then enjoying time at a local brewery, fully embracing the outdoor lifestyle. He is dedicated to recreating the enriching experiences he gained while working in Florida with Erb and Young, focusing on personal development, and cultivating a strong team culture.
