Emer Elbo

Agency Owner

A Former Restaurant Manager. Culinary Arts Major and Business Owner, Emer found his calling leading multiple teams in the Restaurant and Casino Food And Beverage Field in Las Vegas, San Diego and most recently, in Orlando.

Emer opened The Erb & Young Mt Dora Location cultivating a team and later opened his own agency in Pensacola Fl along with his childhood friend, Jonathan LeDoux. Today Emer applies his knowledge and experience to helping families and businesses with insurance.

Beyond his passion for service, food and beverage, he considers himself an avid fishing enthusiast, recreational musician and family man. His son, Emerson and life partner, Amanda are residents of Escambia County and enjoy the crystal clear beaches and southern charm of the Florida Panhandle.
